○当店の過失によりお客様がご注文された商品と相違する商品が届けられた場合。

上記に該当する場合は、誠に申し訳ございませんが商品到着日より５日以内に必ずメールまたはお電話でご連絡下さい。
送料当社負担の上、速やかに対応させて頂きます。

サイズ交換をご希望の場合は、到着日から５日以内に必ずメールまたはお電話でご連絡下さい。
在庫を確認の上、交換手順のご説明をさせて頂きます。

＜交換・返品について＞

○交換・返品のご依頼の際は、到着から５日以内に必ずメールまたはお電話をいただけますようお願いいたします。

事前のご連絡をいただけずに返品された場合には受付できません。着払いにて返送させていただきますので予めご了承ください。

○サイズやイメージ違いなどお客様のご都合による交換・返品については、往復送料はお客様のご負担となりますのでご了承下さいますようお願い致します。

○ご連絡が到着から５日を過ぎてしまいますと、いかなる理由であっても交換・返品（不良品を含む）をお受けすることはできません。

○交換・返品は、未使用（室内試着のみ）・商品タグが付いているものに限らせていただきます。

使用形跡（傷み・汚れ・破損など）、体臭や香水・タバコなどの強い臭いが付着している場合は、交換・返品をお断りさせていただきます。

男の子へのご試着には、マナーベルトなどを装着するなどお気遣いいただけますようお願いいたします。
